Do I have to be at a specific brokerage to use Linked Escrow?
No. As a DFPI-licensed independent escrow company, we serve agents at all California brokerages. We are neutral by law and by practice — any agent, any brokerage, any transaction.
How do I open a new escrow?
Contact us via the form on our Contact page or call us directly. Provide the accepted purchase contract or refinance docs and we'll open the file and issue instructions within one business day.
How is commission disbursed?
Commission is disbursed on the day of recording via wire or check, per your broker's disbursement instructions. We confirm receipt the same day we record.
What areas do you serve?
We serve transactions throughout California. Our team is based in Murrieta/Temecula (Canyon Lake, Riverside County) but we handle transactions statewide, including remote closings using mobile notaries.
What are your fees?
